Yoga for Beginners series of 10 classes
Very Beginner-Friendly. Beginner Yoga teaches proper alignment of the body and the fundamental postures of yoga. The use of props, modifications, and personalization of the practice brings balance, strength, flexibility, and calmness to the practitioner. This class is targeted to first time yogis and experienced yogis looking to refine their alignment.
