Women's Ground Defense
Women's Self-Defense is held once a month on Sunday from 11am-1pm, no cost, drop in, and open to the community!
This is a free offering for those who wish to have a fun, safe and non-intimidating opportunity to train in self-defense. The program is non-competitive and is appropriate for beginners to advanced students of various fitness levels. The program involves learning skills in anti-grappling, striking, kicking, pressure points and joint lock.The overall objective is to enhance each student’s fitness level, self-defense skills and general well-being. Strategies and philosophy are also shared during this eclectic martial arts class. Sensei Gary keeps the training light-hearted, smiles and laughter are a must.
