Tuesday Evening Meditation
Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, control anxiety, promote mental, emotional and physical health and well-being, enhance self awareness and assist in the recovery from addictions, and much more.
This is a guided meditation which includes music and chanting to assist us to go beyond the mind. As it is guided it tends to be easier for beginners and it can assist others to go deeper with their practice.
Although what happens and where we "go" is determined (energetically) by the group, generally there is a beginning bit to clear some energy (and the mind) and bring the group together. What happens next will vary week to week, depending on the needs of the group.There will undoubtedly be more chanting, music, and possibly some guided visualization, with the result of more awareness, insight, peace, contentment and joy.
This is a "drop-in' class, so no signing up and no weekly commitment required: come as you can!
