Over two immersive days, you’ll explore four powerful pillars that lead to thriving relationships and workplaces:

1. Care Compassionately – Strengthen your own wellness and self-awareness through the 8 Pillars of Wellness and the Medicine Wheel. Learn to care for yourself so you can truly care for others.
