The Hip Hop Goddess is a monthly dance workshop where together, we’ll be exploring the essence and multiple layers of being a woman and discovering the inner goddess that lies within through dance and movement.

This month, we’ll be unlocking the sensual and grounding elements of the divine feminine by getting down and swaying our hips with some hip hop grooves and choreography. We’ll be taking the time to get to know our bodies in an intimately rejuvenating way by building confidence in and getting comfortable with moving these beautiful vessels.

This workshop is an opportunity to learn how to express and gracefully embrace the fierce queen that you are!

Come prepared to get your sweat on & smile on.

Melissa Buluran is an ardent, vibrant dancer with an accumulated 16 years of dance experience. Her training consists of a diversity of styles in hip hop such as urban choreography, house, and krump, with a foundation in ballet, jazz, and lyrical. The external and internal growth and healing she has experienced through movement over the years has given her the zeal to share the gift of confidence, connection, resiliency, awareness, self-love, and vulnerability that dance has taught her. She spiritedly shares her passion with others through performing, teaching, training, projects, music events, and festivals. Within which she integrates freestyle and choreographed pieces that fuse her contemporary and hip hop roots.
