Lucas, K.C. is Professor Emeritus and Senior Research Fellow at the Canadian Institute of Resources Law (CIRL), Faculty of Law, University of Calgary. He is a former Dean of Law and Adjunct Professor of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary.
