In times of uncertainty and change, safe spaces become essential.
This gathering is an invitation to connect in a supportive container. Together, we will explore what safety feels like in our bodies, our relationships, and our shared community spaces. Through open conversation, and collective presence, we honour our truths and uplift one another.
Whether you are seeking connection, healing, grounding, or simply a moment to exhale — you are welcome here. Your experience matters. Your voice matters. You matter.
What to expect:
• Grounding exercises & gentle embodiment
• Group sharing & community conversation
• Reflection on boundaries, consent, and support
• A safe and respectful container for all feelings

Anyone who identifies as a man, inclusive of trans and non-binary men.
