Sacred Soundscapes: Group Sound Bath

Join me for a sacred group sound bath at Within Wellness Studio at 207 14th St NW, Unit 200 in Calgary, AB on Friday, November 14 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Please arrive up to 15min early to give yourself time to set up and decompress. The doors will be locked 5min before start time.

How to Prepare:

• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Please bring a comfortable surface to lay on such as a yoga mat, camping mat, or trifold mattress - whatever you need to lay on the ground comfortably. There will be yoga mats available if needed**
• Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, water and journal to write down reflections.

• Paid parking is available next to the studio
• There is also various free parking spots in the area
