Soulful connection with the wisdom of our non-human kin in the living world around you, with your own spirit and with a circle of like-hearted women walking a similar path. 

Nestled right on the edge of the city at the historic and naturally wild Paskapoo Slopes/Medicine Hill, this experience invites you into guided forest therapy & quiet reflection using custom-designed Enchanted Reflection Cards. These prompts are crafted specifically for women in midlife and beyond to reflect on their personal seasons of life, growth, and boundaries. Then, structured sharing of your reflections in our sacred circle gives us space to speak our truth and listen to the shared experience and wisdom from our sisters.  This is a space out of regular time, where presence, insight, and inner calm naturally unfold, and you are reminded that you are deeply supported, held, and never alone. 

You will leave feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply reconnected to life.

I'm Deborah Morgan founder of Enchanted Wise Women which was born out of my own transformation during menopause. I have over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness field with a background in massage therapy, energy work, nutrition and counselling.  Through my menopause transition I was inspired to seek new training and have added certifications in Forest Therapy Guiding, Somatic movement practices, Women Centered Coaching and Nature Connected Coaching.  Now I am devoted to creating meaningful experiences for women in midlife and beyond. Blending nature-based practices, gentle ritual, and heartfelt connection in community to guide women back to themselves.
