What is Reiki?
Reiki is a wholesome system of natural healing that is blessed with total relaxation and stress release at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki can be used independently for acute and chronic symptoms, or blended with other therapies to enhance the results. It can help heal blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, digestion, constipation, ulcer, migraine, headaches, back problems, asthma, sciatica, joint pains, addiction, alcoholism, insomnia, depression just to name it. As such it works on any kind of disorder by bringing balance in the energy flow throughout the body. Reiki Level 1:
Pre- Requisite: Willingness to learn with an open mind.

Course Outline: Introduction to Reiki includes history, principals, sensitizing hands, Attunement, specialties and benefits of Reiki; Chakra system, Chakra Meditation, Reiki and emotions, 21 days cleansing and practice tips, Opportunities to practice on self, partner and group treatments.
Class date & Time: July 26th and 27th from 11 am to 3 pm on both days. Total 8 hours
