Starting in short four weeks series we will move your bodies with your babies whilst tending to what you need the most, whether that be physical, mental or emotional.

yoga is one of those special gifts that you can give yourself and that you can make completely your own practice whilst practising with others

These classes have a strong focus on pregnancy-appropriate deep core strengthening, mobility, energetics, mental & physical preparation for birth & beyond
