Core Connexion is for those who are wanting more meaningful movement, connection with your inner world, and connection with a community. No movement or dance experience required.

In this series we will explore the 8 Core Connexion Keys, alternating facilitators, and caring for the space as a team.All experience levels welcome. Bring your curiosity, and willingness to connect with yourself and the community. For details go to above the website.

Each week the facilitators Nadia and Mara will alternate facilitation through the keys and Sanna Darby is our Team Support. We will all co-teach on some of the days through the series.
