Waking up before the sun rises, before my son rises, to give myself time and space, to set the day ahead, is what helps me THE most to be my BEST.
It doesn’t always looks the same, but it always includes breath, movement, mantra, tarot and tea meditation.
I find these tools nourishing, and grounding and help me feel gratitude and presence.
The stillness and peace we cultivate in the early hours are then brought into our days experience.
