LSO abstract:

The combination of the Power Wave® AC/DC 1000® SD Inverter technology with the addition of an extension to the welding torch enables the long stick out process (LSO). The LSO relates to a physical principle which, by pre-heating the wire, improves the fusion of the filler metal and increases the deposit rate without changing the welding current or the travel speed.

HyperFill® abstract:

Lincoln Electric’s patented HyperFill®  twin-wire process eliminates many of the limitations posed by traditional single-wire welding. Developed for both semi-automatic and robotic applications, HyperFill offers the ability to address manufacturers’ pain points by increasing deposition rates while improving weld quality and arc stability with a low complexity solution.

Brian Szenasi - The Lincoln Electric Company of Canada, Western Canada Regional Manager

Brian Szenasi graduated from the Welding Engineering & Technology program at Northern College in Kirkland Lake in 1991. He went on to work for the Grant Development Corporation in Ontario to develop welding procedures for hydro electric penstocks and work quality control on structural steel projects. Brian has been with The Lincoln Electric Company of Canada since 1994. During this time, he has worked closely with fabricators and manufacturers in a variety of industries including pressure vessel, transportation, automotive, construction, heavy equipment as well as sales and procedural development role in Alberta and Ontario. Brian has developed an extensive background in ferrous and non-ferrous applications, providing training and consulting services to many organizations.

Pranav Ganji – The Lincoln Electric Company of Canada, Technical Sales Representative Southern Alberta

Pranav Ganji: Graduated from Welding Engineering Technology (SAIT) 2017 and Mechanical Engineering Technology (SAIT) 2015. Worked in Southern Alberta for KASCO in Food Equipment Service and Sales, utilizing educational background to retrofit equipment for safe operations. Joined Nardei Fabricators Quality Control team in 2019, developing and enforcing QA/QC and Safety protocols to support manufacturing of pressure vessels and pressure piping. Pranav has been with Lincoln Electric since January 2024 and is developing skills in Technical Sales. Pranav is excited to provide training and support to the general welding and manufacturing industry with the latest technological solutions.
