Then we'll move into breathwork and drawing from inner sensation. The main practice is a body outline exercise. You'll trace your body on large paper and fill it in with colors, shapes, and textures that reflect how you're actually feeling right now.At the end, you'll learn how to read your own abstract art and understanding what the colors, lines, and shapes are telling you.
