Intro to SUP Yoga
New to Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga? Want to experience what all the buzz is about? Register for our Intro Workshop, no experience necessary but you must be able to swim and be comfortable around water. The workshop will include dry land and water training where we will work on basic paddle strokes, turns, techniques and fundamental skills. You will be guided through a gentle floating yoga practice, where you will become one with your board, then finishing off with a paddle on the lake!
*Wear comfortable yoga or swim clothes, layer appropriately for weather. Try to avoid cotton and wear technical fabrics that dry fast.
*Paddleboards & all equipment provided.
Ages 12 plus
