Intro to Photopolymer + Letterpress with FEAST Letterpress

10 am - 3 pm (each day)
Learn how to make photo polymer plates and print with them on AP’s very own Vandercook proofing press. Participants will get the opportunity to provide designs/illustrations before the workshop and learn the basics of operating a polymer plate maker to create their own plates. Days 2+3 will introduce registering and printing on the press where students will print 2-3 color 8 x 10” prints.
Please note: Print ready design files are due Sunday March 3rd. Upon registration participants will be provided with suggestions and best practices for preparing illustration and design files. Some basic knowledge with Photoshop or Illustrator is suggested in order to provide properly prepared files.
