A wisdom that moves like wind, burns like fire, flows like water, and roots like earth.

You are invited into a living ceremony of movement, breath, and sound - to journey with the elements and awaken the intelligence that resides within you.

This 5-week immersive series weaves together ecstatic dance, somatic awareness, pranic breathwork, and sound to guide you into deeper layers of self-discovery, healing, and embodied remembrance. This is a return - to instinct, to sensation, to truth.

No experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your body speak.


Investment:
$125 for the full 5-week journey
Drop-in: $30 (if space allows)
Priority is held for those committed to the full container

This journey begins with devotion.
Pre-payment is required to reserve your space.

While drop-ins are welcome, committing to the full series is highly encouraged. This is a progressive and experiential journey, with each session building upon the last—deepening your connection and amplifying the transformative potential of the work.
