She routinely serves in national leadership roles, including former Chair of the Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation conference, and current Executive Member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine Section and the Canadian Network for Health Behaviour Change and Promotion. She also runs a small private psychology practice in Calgary.Dr. Emel Celiker Guler is a Cardiologist and board-certified Cardiac Imaging Specialist with expertise in advanced cardiovascular imaging techniques. She earned her MD from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty and completed her cardiology residency at Dr. Siyami Ersek Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital. She further specialized in Advanced Cardiac Imaging through a fellowship at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, achieving Level III certification in Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, Cardiac PET, and Nuclear Cardiology. Her work focuses on enhancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using myocardial blood flow imaging.Kelly Sullivan, is a registered dietitian with the Women’s Cardiovascular Health Clinic, specializing in nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support women’s heart health through midlife and beyond.
