This month in our Healthy Entertaining series we focus on French cuisine. Traditional French cooking isn't just what you see on TV or in fancy restaurants. In reality, French cooking is about using fresh ingredients, blending flavors together, layering tastes and not being afraid to indulge your taste buds. To demonstrate how versatile this cuisine can be Red Seal Chef Shane Rutledge will be sampling vegan and gluten free options for pieces of our French Dinner Menu: Duck a L'orange, Lyonnaise Potatoes; French Country Salad with Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette, and Chocolate Pate."
