Healing Vibrations with the Cello

Music has a way of deepening our experience, of helping us drop into spaces not always accessible. We will be serenaded by the sounds of the cello while holding restorative postures that will cultivate feeling groundedness, feeling rooted, steady, and stable. This will be supported by breathing techniques and a grounding nidra practice to close. Open to all levels and experience.

She teaches from the perspective that the breath is one of our greatest teachers. When we listen to it and are mindful of it, our whole world can change. The breath can help us access a quiet mind, allowing us to connect with the wisdom within ourselves, bringing us closer to our truth and a life of grace as we tap into our unbound potential.
