Yes, in a HAMMOCK !!

You will immerse yourself in a truly UNIQUE wellness experience of being freely supported off the ground for a Guided Meditation that will take you into relaxation to prepare you for the healing frequencies of the Sound Bath in a HAMMOCK. We provide blankets, but you are welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. Herbal tea is offered to enhance your meditation experience, fostering an ideal atmosphere for reflection and connection.

Arrive 6:20 pm-6:30 pm

Start Sound Bath at 6:30 Sharp. If you are late, you will need to reschedule for another time. (No refunds)

Ends at 7:30 pm - Integration 7:30-7:40 pm

Cancellation Policy: I understand that I am responsible for the full payment of this service. Due to the expenses associated with the meeting space, materials, and staff resources on behalf of each participant, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Full payment is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event/session start time.

If you do not arrive on time, you will not be able to attend the event that day and will only receive one credit to be used within 14 days of the event.

In good faith, you must text that you arrived too late to attend 403- 993-7927. Please do not knock on the door.
