His playing is strongly influenced by jazz fusion, funk, and rock, with inspiration from bassists such asJaco PastoriusandJoe Dart.? Deklan — GuitarA co-founding member of The Strangers and a jazz student at the University of Calgary, Deklan draws inspiration from rock, jazz, fusion, and Japanese city pop, bringing a distinctive mix of textures and influences to the group.?
