Our mood and emotions can be powerful triggers for addictive eating. But what causes emotional eating?
As humans every single action we take is motivated by one of two things: Either, we want to avoid pain, or we want to experience pleasure.
We’ll be looking at the nature and purpose of emotions, reflect on the way we commonly deal with emotions, learn how to name our emotions, and learn how to stop emotional eating with mindfulness practice.
