Sometimes when we are too close to a situation, it becomes difficult to clearly see the path ahead or understand what is truly in our best interest.For this session we have a special guest Dr. Regan Kapach, R.Ac, TCMD, who will guide us through the lens of Chinese Medicine and the connection between nature, the body, and perspective. In Chinese Medicine, humans are viewed as part of nature rather than separate from it, and certain acupuncture points are believed to help calm the mind, shift awareness, and support greater clarity and insight.Through reflection, meditation, energy work, and gentle acupuncture point activation, this circle will invite you to step back, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with a broader and more grounded perspective.Please note: this session will include optional acupuncture point work.
