Step inside the Dream Dome, a glowing geodesic space tucked away on private land west of the city.

As evening settles in, soft coloured lights wash and ripple across the geometric walls of the dome, slowly transforming the space around you while you lay back and settle in. It is a setting that feels a little removed from the everyday.

Cozy, calming and intentionally created to give you somewhere beautiful to slow down.

Once you have arrived, there is nothing more for you to do but set up your space, get comfortable and rest.

Using crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes and other instruments, we’ll create layers of sound and vibration around you. As you become still and focus on the sounds, your breathing can naturally begin to slow, muscles may soften and your attention has somewhere gentle to land.

This can help create the conditions for your nervous system to shift out of a heightened, alert state and toward the calmer state associated with rest and relaxation.

You don’t need to meditate, clear your mind or have any previous experience with sound healing. Simply get comfortable, listen and give yourself some uninterrupted time to slow down.
