- **Event Description**: The Saturday before Halloween, join us at the Globe Cinema for our annual 12-Hour Horror Movie Marathon fundraising event! Stay awake all night and enjoy 7 movies from 7pm until 7am the next morning, including a costume contest, and other surprises throughout the night.

Where: Globe Cinema (617 8 Ave SW)
Tickets: $25 regular / $23 members, students & seniors

Food & Concession: We'll have regular theatre concession + hot dogs + other random treats for purchase!

We will be printing a limited run of Halloween Horror Movie Marathon T-shirts.  Order in advance for pick-up at the event.  Pre-order by September 30th.  Order on our online merch store

THE 2026 FILM LINEUP
7:00 pm - THE INVISIBLE MAN (1933) - Director James Whale, 112 minutes, horror/ sci-fi. A scientist finds a way of becoming invisible, but in doing so, he becomes murderously insane.

8:30 pm - THE BURBS (1989) - Director Joe Dante, 102 minutes, mystery/comedy. An overstressed suburbanite and his neighbors are convinced that the new family on the block is part of a murderous Satanic cult.

10:30 pm - TWINS OF EVIL (1971) - Director John Hough, 87 minutes, folk horror/vampire. A religious sect led by Gustav Weil hunts all women suspected of witchcraft, killing a number of innocent victims. Young Frieda, Gustav's niece, will involve herself in a devilish cult, and become an instrument of Justice in the region.

12:00 am - COSTUME CONTEST!

12:25 am - TETSUO: IRON MAN (1989) - Director Shin'ya Tsukamoto, 67 minutes, horror/mystery/comedy/fantasy,A businessman accidentally kills The Metal Fetishist, who gets his revenge by slowly turning the man into a grotesque hybrid of flesh and rusty metal.

1:45 am - FROM BEYOND (1986) - Director Stuart Gordon, 86 min, body horror/sci-fi. A group of scientists have developed the Resonator, a machine which allows whoever is within range to see beyond normal perceptible reality. But when the experiment succeeds, they are immediately attacked by terrible life forms.

3:30 am - SLEEPWALKERS (1992) - Director Mick Garris, 90 minutes, monster/horror/fantasy. A mother and son move to a new town to prey on a young woman.

5:20 am - TROLL 2 (1990) - Director Claudio Fragasso, 95 minutes Fantasy/Horror/Comedy/B-Movie. A vacationing family discovers that the entire town they're visiting is inhabited by goblins, disguised as humans, who plan to eat them.

 All film start times are approximate. Hey, it's a 12-hour marathon, we might be running a few minutes late. If there's a film that you don't want to miss the beginning of we recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before the suggested start time. 10 minute intermission between all films.
