1st Course
Chicken consommé, shredded chicken supreme, julienne vegetables, crepe noodles, truffle oil

2nd Course
mascarpone risotto, fresh white truffle, spot prawn, prosciutto, pecorino, truffle powder

3rd course
Alberta beef wellington, mushroom duxelle, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, truffle oil pomme puree, foie gras jus, grilled green onion

Baked camembert with black truffle, pear, puff pastry, raspberry jam, pistachio
