Cocoa & Creativity: Your Custom Hot Chocolate (Ages 12-17)

Experiment with flavours, toppings, and maybe a little whipped cream magic, then take one home for yourself and someone you care about.

What you’ll do this month (no skills or supplies needed):

• Create your own hot chocolate masterpiece, sweet, spicy, or delightfully unconventional!
• A bit of easy movement to relax and connect (no pressure, no performance).
• Try something new and have a few laughs.

Who it’s for
Teen Girls ages 12–17 who want a relaxed place to hangout and try something creative.

About THP Hangouts
THP Hangouts are low-pressure monthly meetups where teens create, move, and connect through activities that help them embody skills like confidence, boundary-setting, and resilience (not just talk about them). Sessions are safe, supervised, and led by a registered psychologist and a kinesiologist who specialize in supporting teen girls& women. It’s simple, activity-focused, and fun. A seemingly small step that can make a big difference.

• Group is theirs- we encourage input, creativity, and participation from the girls in a way that feel right for them.
• All abilities welcome. No prior experience required.
