Cara Lianne McLeod - In & Out of Love - Love stories and music in jazz, pop

Cara has a deeply personal approach to her artistry, and has captivated audiences in intimate backyard concerts and grand venues alike, whether she’s performing at a jazz club, on a recital stage, at a seniors home, or in a studio. With more recordings in the works, her current discography includes five original songs and a cover, from sultry jazz to pop. Her most recent release is a song co-written and produced by Michael Hanson (6x JUNO winner and co-founder of Glass Tiger). :Since beginning her radio show In & Out of Love on Big E Radio, she’s become even more enamoured with the concept of love in all its iterations, and this performance is the precursor to a show by the same name.

Working closely with Neville Bowman (piano and vocals), the show will feature jazz standards like “Where or When” and “Beautiful Love”, duets like “You Don’t Know Me”, Cara’s release “This Love”, and some inspired new arrangements by Neville, including a fresh take on one of Cara’s classical favourites.

Neville’s career is a testament to versatility. Starting as a pipe organist and heavy metal aficionado, his journey spans jazz, funk, symphonic works, and musical theatre. From New York to the vibrant scenes of Tokyo, and across Canada, his multi-faceted expertise has made him a sought-after pianist, vocalist, producer and performer.
