February 10 - We will talk about sharing our money and go through an income tax return. And of course we will include ways to avoid the financial pitfalls like lifestyle creep and debt.
Number crunching (it is a boot camp, afterall!) will be involved, but we'll be sure to use the tools already available. You will be encouraged to bring your electronics, because it is 2019!
NOTE TO PARENTS: Your teen will receive emailed 'homework assignments' including podcasts, articles and app downloads. I will also send you emails to explain what we've learned to open the discussion for you at home. It will be most helpful if you can ensure your child has access to some money (cash or bank, allowance or not) in order to receive full benefit from some of the activities.
