Expect plenty of stories along the way, along with the kind of first-hand context that makes these bottles even more fun to taste.We’ll also pour two wines from a new generation of winemakers pushing Bordeaux in fresh directions. Organic farming, less common grape varieties, and a different approach in the cellar are all changing what the region can look like in the glass.And of course, no Cork Bordeaux tasting would be complete without a few back-vintage bottles from serious estates.
