March 20 sits right at the beginning of Ostara, the pagan festival that celebrates the Spring (Vernal) Equinox, a time of balance (equal day/night), renewal, fertility, and growth. This is about the Earth waking up, seeds sprouting, and new energy flowing. 

Join Tamara Messner for an evening of balance & renewal: Awakening the Spring Within where we she will emphasize the harmony between light and dark energies, new beginnings, and blossoming intentions.

Through sound healing, vibrational therapy, Reiki, Raindrop Technique,  ceremonial work, and equine-guided experiences, Tamara supports nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and embodied return. Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing does not come from force, but from safety, rhythm, and relationship.

Sound remains the thread that weaves everything together. Using crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice, and earth-based instruments, Tamara guides you into deeply grounded states where your body can soften, release, and recalibrate.

Her work is inspired by Celtic and earth-honouring traditions, seasonal cycles, and somatic awareness.
