At the AGM we review the past years events, and our financial position.  We advise about upcoming events and plans and answer members questions.  Two members are selected to review our financial statements. 
There will be an election of officers and board members.  The term of each position is two years and half of the board is up for re=election erery two years.  This year the offices of President and Treasurer are up as well as four members at large.  We are a working board and need folks interested in the volunteer position, Treasurer, and other future planning.  If you are interested please  email me at info@foothillbluegrass.com.  
The AGM precedes a concert with the group Western Thistle from Edmonton.
