Once again, we have a full complement of people improving their physical well-being for the January to April session.
This exercise program benefits not only seniors but anyone with limited mobility or a lower fitness level. There are drop-in spots available for a fee of $12.00 per class.
Classes run from 11:00 to 11:45 on Wednesday mornings in the Upper Hall, 602 22 Ave. NW except the 4th Wednesday of each month when the class starts at 10:30.
