Get a taste of the 7 Keys to Tantra with a curious and kind group of like minded humans.

About this event:

This is a CLOTHED event. There will be no nudity. Not that there's anything wrong with the beautiful human form. It's just not this event. Additionally there is no touching of bust, butt nor genitals at this event.

This event is a prerequisite for singles to attend Intermediate events.

Everyone in attendance will be 100% at choice, 100% of the time. There's nothing you HAVE to do here, just things you GET to do (if you want to.) We encourage you to take care of you, be true to yourself, not self abandon, overcome people pleasing tendencies.

You may attend solo or with a friend/partner.

This is an intro, a 101 if you'd like to Tantra and NeoTantra.

We will explore together a taste of different aspects, or keys, of Tantra and how we've been using them to support a life well lived.

We will spend a lot of time on a hardwood floor. Please bring padded mat, blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable in a 'nest'!

The group size is limited and our events usually sell out. So don't delay and miss out.

About your Guide/Host:

Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B Ed. has been having a blast facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017. She's facilitated close to 200 events like this one ~ so you're in good hands.

She is immersed in practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). As both a student and teacher of tantra for over a decade, she has a deep appreciation for witnessing the divine in all beings, personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is collaborative and playful.

Additionally, Relationship Alchemist, Coach Lynda (a former teacher) is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples, NLP, NVC and Tantra Counselling and has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality and depth of their connection and, to prevent/manage conflict. Lynda is dedicated to choosing love over fear in her own life and to teaching others how to create joyful, vibrant and juicy relationships. Lynda is a Certified Tantra Speed Date Facilitator.
