Made from scratch, the noodles are mixed, kneaded with hot water, steamed, and kneaded again — a process that demands both patience and courage. The heat that once deterred others only deepens this family’s devotion to preserving their craft. What emerges is a bowl infused with generations of love, warmth, and care.
