321 Growth Academy: Agile HR (YYC)

​Agile HR is an 8-session course for Startup Founders, Executives and People/HR Leaders to take an agile and “learning by doing” approach to the People/HR function.  This course takes a new perspective on People/HR and how to cultivate a culture of impact that facilitates growth for your company.  It’s all about learning why People/HR matters, the key elements of a successful People/HR function and putting People/HR into action at your company. If you want to create and cultivate a culture of impact, attract and retain amazing talent, manage performance, develop People programs and practices and galvanize People for growth, then this course is for you!

Required Prerequisites: People 101
