- **Event Description**: WSCRCA is hosting a holiday celebration with Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Join us for an afternoon of festive family fun! Enjoy coloring crafts and activities, Christmas caroling, outdoor horse-drawn sleigh rides, hot chocolate and sugar cookies (for first 200 children attending the event), the Butterfield Acres petting zoo, and story time with Santa’s elves.  

 Photo Opportunities:

This year, we are offering two different professional photo experiences:

 1:00–2:00 PM — One professional digital photo with  Santa’s Elves 

2:00–5:00 PM — One professional digital photo &  visit with Santa *

 Both options require an  additional $10 booking fee. Time slots are limited and will sell out quickly—please register early!

 

*  Please note: Only families who book a time slot will receive one digital family photo with the elves or Santa, taken by a professional photographer. 

The photographer will select the best photo and there is no option to view or purchase any extras. Cell phone cameras or personal cameras are not allowed to be used within the photo room with our professional photographer.

Cost:

$15 per WSCRCA family, $50 per non-member family
Additional $10 per family for either professional photo option

Supporting the Mustard Seed: 

 All event proceeds will be donated to The Mustard  Seed in support of West Springs Church’s holiday campaign.

If you wish to contribute directly, we encourage you to bring the following items:

Blankets     
Towels
Mitt/Gloves
Warm socks
Tooth Brushes

We rely on our wonderful community volunteers to help run this event. Shifts are available in 1- or 2-hour blocks, giving you time to enjoy the festivities with your family before or after your shift.
