Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages(16+) and abilities. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
$10 drop-in (cash preferred). 

*POUND will be offered on Monday nights at Journey this year. The church is not available on Wednesdays. Look for our weekly schedule as we will offer Wednesday nights at The Caledonia Green throughout the summer weather/availability permitting. There will be no punch cards, just $10 drop-ins (cash preferred). Taylor will be leading the way through June as Kelly is having hip surgery, but she will come back to the band as soon as she can!
