Somatics

Join Catherine for a Somatics practice designed to help participants feel a sense of embodiment and wholeness.

Somatics includes gentle movements, guided breathwork, and might include interaction among the group. It moves slowly and is accessible to all levels of mobility and movement experience.

Somatics emphasizes internal physical perception and supports the mind-body connection.

Spots are limited and registration is required.

1.5 contact hour CEUs are available through Yoga Alliance for registered yoga teachers.
