Restorative Yoga + Sound

Join Karen for a class blending meditative sound instruments with restorative yoga to help all participants relax.

Restorative yoga consists of long holds in supported, passive poses on the ground. We will incorporate various props to help us find a relaxed state. This style of yoga is accessible to all abilities and levels, including beginners.

Meditative instruments will be played throughout class to assist in finding peaceful rejuvenation.
