POUND for Presents: Toys for Tots POUND Class at Caledonia Fire Department

SWEAT. SUPPORT. ROCK. Join us as we POUND® for Presents! We've partnered with Toys for Tots of Kent County AND The Caledonia Fire Department to bring you this special event. Bring a new, unwrapped toy and wear your favorite holiday inspired workout gear. Stay for refreshments and a tour of the fire trucks! This is a family friendly, all age event so come one, come all!
POUND® IS THE WORLD'S FIRST CARDIO JAM SESSION INSPIRED BY THE INFECTIOUS, ENERGIZING AND SWEAT-DRIPPING FUN OF PLAYING THE DRUMS! Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. All ages and fitness stages are welcome. Ripstix will be provided.
