Join us for an essential, hands-on workshop focused on keeping you and your horse safe on the road. Whether you’re new to hauling or have years of experience, this event will cover the fundamentals every horse owner should know before hitching up.

What You’ll Learn:

Proper hitching and towing setup
Trailer maintenance and pre-trip inspections
Weight distribution and braking basics
Common hauling mistakes—and how to avoid them

Confirmed - We will have a NYS Trooper from the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit (CVEU) available to talk about Commercial Hauling - DOT Regulations as well!

Event Details:
This is a rain or shine event. If weather permits, the workshop will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors to the service area, where attendees will still get hands-on exposure with demonstrations featuring three different types of hitches.

This is a great opportunity to learn directly from professionals, ask questions, and gain confidence in your trailering skills. Open to all experience levels—because safety starts before you ever leave the barn.
