Through meditation, a sound bath by the beautiful Lisa Damm, gentle movement, connection with nature, releasing through a labyrinth, and hands-on herbal practices, you’ll be guided back to a place of peace—where you can listen to your inner voice and honor what your body and spirit truly need. 🍂 What to Expect: *Grounding meditation + reflective journaling *Sound Bath with Lisa Damm *Create your own inspired essential oil spray *Blend a personalized Fall herbal tea for home or drink throughout the day *Herbal oil infusion for salve-making and herbal chapstick *Create labyrinth rocks for release work *Outdoor release ceremony in a labyrinth and time to ground and meditate in nature (ie. by Lake Michigan, grass, nears woods) * Build a beautiful fall abundance basket for Fall *Tea as well as other drinks from The Siena Center will be provided *A Full Lunch with dessert will be provided by The Siena Center 🕊️ What Should I Bring: *Yoga Mat and if you would like a blanket * Personal Journal to reflect *Book if you would like to read while you are spending time in nature *Snacks if you want something outside of the provided lunch.
