Experience breathwork meditation as a powerful tool to create more wellness in your life.  Breathwork is all about releasing and receiving - releasing stress,  toxins, and emotional energy, and receiving clarity, peace and healing.  

During this session, you will lie on your back and breathe in a circular, rhythmic pattern for thirty minutes. You will then transition to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. You will be supported throughout the process with specific coaching, essential oils, music, and personal attention.

There will be time for integration, questions, and discussion as well.
