EVENT INFO:
Teams will play a 3 - 4 game round robin to determine seeding. After seeding, teams will be divided into the Champions Tier and the Contenders Tier. Each tier will then compete in its own double elimination tournament. The goal is to ensure teams compete against others at a similar skill level, keeping the games fun, fair, and enjoyable for everyone!
TOURNAMENT EVENT:
- $40 per team
- Registration will begin at 1PM, bags fly at 2PM!
- Pre-register by searching "Merritt movement" in the Scoreholio App (link below.)
PRIZES:
There will be really, really cool prizes for the top 3 teams in each tier! As well as custom Cornhole Trophies!
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Proceeds will go to The Merritt Matrix, a local nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other language and communication barriers by providing iPads as Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices, empowering them to express their needs, thoughts, and emotions more effectively.
- There will be a bar!
- We will have local food trucks parked outside throughout the event!
- 50/50 raffle and raffle prizes
We use an app called Scoreholio. You will need to download the app on your phone/tablet and create a free player profile. The app is available in you app store on your phone. The entire tournament is run with this app, it sends players notifications when they are up.
