Prepare yourselves as the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines Region 4A – Student Edition (ICpEP.se R4A) is organizing its ICpEP.se Regional Convention, General Assembly, and CpE Challenge with the theme:
“Tech Tambayan: Where Data and People Click”
📆 When: November 15, 2025, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌 Where: Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba
📌 Event’s Information
✅ General Assembly – Social contact among Computer Engineering students and seminar on Computer Engineering fields.
✅ CpE Challenge – Quiz Bowl, Programming Competition, Breadboarding Competition, Robothon Competition, Valorant, and Mobile Legends Competition. Champions (except Valorant) will represent the region in the ICpEP National Competition on February 2026.
✅ Got Talent – Showcase of dancing talents from the different schools in the region.
💰 Registration Fee (General Assembly & Convention)
Early Registration (until October 31, 2025):
• CpE Challenge Participant – ₱750.00
• Member – ₱850.00
• Non-Member – ₱950.00
(Inclusive of lunch, t-shirt, and certificate of participation)
Late Registration (November 1 onwards / Onsite):
• CpE Challenge Participant – ₱750.00
• Member – ₱850.00
• Non-Member – ₱950.00
(Inclusive of lunch and certificate of participation only; must have a ₱1,000 reservation, non-refundable)
📌 Note: Schools with 50+ participants will receive 1 free Adviser registration. Otherwise, Adviser registration is ₱300.00 (inclusive of lunch & certificate).
🏆 Competition Fees (Exclusive for Members)
• Programming (C/C++/Java/Python): ₱800.00 / participant
• Quiz Bowl, Breadboarding, Robothon, Mobile Legends, Valorant: ₱1,800.00 / team
• Dance Competition: ₱150.00 / dancer (min. 10, max. 15)
📢 Important Reminders
• Deadline of Registration: October 31, 2025
• T-shirt not included for late/onsite registration
• Strictly NO changing of shirt size on the day of the event
• Coaches and advisers must be ICpEP members for FY 2024 (valid until Dec. 31, 2025; 3-year or lifetime validity).
