Join Claire and Teresa for time to pause and prepare your inner landscape for new growth in the serene setting of Cloud 9’s Healing Cottage. This one-day retreat in Calabash, NC, will leave you feeling softened and opened so that what you wish to cultivate in the spring ahead can take root and grow.

This nurturing retreat will include sessions with Claire and Teresa starting with meditative contemplation then moving into a gentle stretching and Yin Yoga practice.  A nourishing lunch followed by a restful Restorative Yoga practice including hands-on assists and Reiki techniques as desired. Continued rest and calm will be offered through a Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) + Sound Bath Experience.  These practices work much like tilling the earth-loosening stored tension, bringing breath and awareness to deeper layers, and making space for nourishment to reach where it is most needed.

The one-day retreat provides a restful pause and time to appreciate the quiet and serenity of our beautiful countryside and to experience tilling the soil and planting for future growth.  This March Day of Rest and Retreat is an invitation to reflect and prepare for new growth of your intentions.
 
Yoga practices are accessible for all levels of experience and capacity.  Adjustments, alternatives, and accommodations are offered. Bring your own mat, props and blankets, if available. Dress for cozy and comfort.
