Yin is a practice of acceptance and letting go.
It consists of a sequence of 7-10 poses, typically hip-openers and some back-bends, that are each held for several minutes. It's all about learning to let go, rising above the tension in the body and the struggle of the mind while using the breath.
Yin Yoga is a deep and powerful practice that can result in great mental, emotional and physical release.
